Utsikten is located in a beautiful cultural landscape with a southwest-facing terrace, just 140 meters from the sea, offering stunning views of the Skagerrak. The cabin was renovated in 2012, featuring a new kitchen and kitchenware, bathroom, mattresses, duvets, and pillows for six people. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. A road leads almost directly to the cabin, with a parking space 20 meters below it, just behind Cabin 7, Tusenfryd. Contact us if you require electric vehicle charging. The cabin also includes a private, locked boathouse for storing personal fishing equipment.

Duvets and pillows for seven people, distributed across three bedrooms: One with a double bed (150×200 cm). One with two single beds (192 cm). One with bunk beds (200 cm) and an additional single bed (175 cm).

Boat
A motorboat can be rented by prior arrangement and should be booked before arrival. We offer three Pioneer boats, 14 and 15 feet in size, equipped with three outboard motors (9.9/10 HP).
The cabins are available for rent from April to October, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. All prices include final cleaning and a rowboat. Electricity is charged separately and paid afterward. The following terms and conditions apply to the rental.
Sandaa is the place for those who appreciate the natural surroundings of the cabins, enjoy lazy summer evenings in peaceful settings, and know how to "let life flow gently."
