Terms of Purchase
The seller is Nedre Sandaa Gaard AS, Nedre Sandå 2, 4812 Kongshavn, christian.brinch.gundersen@gmail.com, organisation number 935826969, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller/the seller. The buyer is the consumer placing the order and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/the buyer.
Subscription and Membership
Your membership provides access to Nedre Sandaa Gaard’s facilities and services. You will receive access from the moment of purchase. The subscription has no binding period and can be cancelled at any time either by contacting Nedre Sandaa Gaard AS by email or by cancelling the subscription in Vipps under “Manage subscription”. After payment, you will have access for the full month regardless of when in the month you cancel. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and can contact us by email for a refund if you are not satisfied. If you are unable to cancel the subscription yourself, you can contact us by email for immediate cancellation.
Booking
When booking, you gain access to the location or activity at the time of booking. If you cancel 12 hours before the booking time, the booking will not be automatically refunded. Payment is made when the booking is placed and is considered delivered when the visit starts. You may request a refund or adjustment if you have made an incorrect booking, as long as this is done 12 hours before the visit was due to start.
Complaints must be submitted to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation. The Consumer Council can be reached by phone at +47 23 400 500 or at www.forbrukerradet.no.
