We have 8 cabins

We rent out from April to October. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. Rental prices are displayed in the calendar after the desired rental period is entered.

The Cabins

Once the renter has confirmed that the desired cabin is available, we can reserve the property for up to one week. During this time, the advance payment, which is 25% of the total rental fee, must be paid to account number: 9495 05 78712. Invoices are sent electronically via Web Invoice.

Please include the invoice number in the payment message field.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than six weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than six weeks before arrival, the full rental amount must be paid at the time of booking. Once the rental amount is received, a confirmation, key code, and directions will be sent.

A cabin rental agreement is binding for both parties. Cancellations must be made in writing and are valid once received by us. The following fees will apply to the total rental amount:

• Cancellations up to 45 days before arrival: 10% (minimum NOK 900).
• Cancellations 44–30 days before arrival: 50%.
• Cancellations less than 29 days before arrival: 100%.

In cases of closure due to government regulations, rebooking will be offered. If you experience illness or are required to quarantine, this must unfortunately be handled through your own insurance provider.

Each cabin includes one designated parking space. If additional parking for vehicles or boat trailers is needed, this must be arranged in advance. If you require space for your own boat, this must also be arranged in advance (Note: maximum 15 feet).

• Sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases (sleeping bags are not allowed in the beds). Bed linens and towels can be rented – see the booking form.
• Towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and other toiletries.
• Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent/tablets, paper towels, dish towels, charcoal/briquettes (and all food items).
• Fishing rod, fishing line, swimwear, fins, diving mask, snorkel, and other leisure equipment if desired.
• Binoculars – for those who enjoy observing birdlife or watching boats on the sea.

Yes, we offer the following for rent:

• Rowboat: NOK 300 per day.
• Pioner 15 ft with 9.9 HP motor: NOK 600 per day or NOK 3,000 per week.
• Rana 17 ft with 30 HP motor: NOK 800 per day or NOK 4,000 per week.

All boats and docking spaces at Sandaa are marked with Sandaa Cabin Rentals.

Life vests are available in various sizes, but if you have your own vest, please bring it. Life vests can be found in the boathouse near the docks and must always be worn when using the boat.

All cabins have a wood-burning stove. Firewood can be purchased for NOK 100 per sack (60 liters).

Access to a private sand volleyball court – bring your own ball!
